All Comprenew labeled electronics may be returned within 30 days of the items arrival to your doorstep. Comprenew will gladly accept most items back for exchange or refund, unless otherwise stated. All returns must include the original packaging, the adapter (if applicable), and the Comprenew original specs tag. Returns may be made either in-store or with a prepaid return label. Please reach out for further information and details if needed.
Please note- Funds will be made available per the financial institutes refund policy. If an order gets sent to the incorrect address, the item will have to be fully returned and the customer will need to re-purchase.
Items that are missing components or damaged in shipping will sustain a 20% deducted partial refund. In the event of an exchange, and the damage sustained in shipping has cost the loss of profit on the unit, the unit may be deemed non-exchangeable and a partial refund of 50% will be issued. Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, with no signs of tampering or part removal.
Before tampering with or making changes to an item prior to possible return, please coordinate with a team member to ensure that these changes are approved, accepted, and documented via phone or email.
Laptops with batteries are tested for functionality. However, battery life and charge capacity are not guaranteed, and therefore are not warrantied.
