30-DAY SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Overview: Comprenew will accept most items for exchange or refund. All Comprenew labeled electronics may be returned within 30 days of the item’s arrival at your doorstep. Comprenew holds the right to accept or decline any return requests.
All returns MUST include the original receipt, packaging, and adapter (if applicable). Returns may be made either in-store or with a prepaid return label. Items that are missing components, damaged, or altered because of customer actions, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Damage includes but is not limited to: damage caused by operator error, physical or electrical stress, and virus or spyware infection. Items that are damaged in return shipping may sustain a deduction of up to 30% on the refund.
Shipping: Comprenew only ships and accepts returns within the United States, through FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Products usually ship within 24hrs after payment. Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped and ready for pick up the following business day. If shipping to a PO Box, you must select the “Priority Mail” shipping option. Please make sure your shipping information is correct. Comprenew does not accept pre-printed shipping labels.
* Comprenew is responsible for paying for return shipping within the 30-day return period.
Refunds: All orders must be returned in order to receive a full refund, otherwise, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used to place the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for any refund to clear with your financial institution. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
* Refunds on devices that contain data, such as but not limited to, computers, cell phones, tablets, hard drives, and flash storage are subject to a 15% data sanitization fee.
Note: Laptop and mobile device batteries are tested and working. However, battery life and charge capacity are not guaranteed and therefore not warrantied.
